On Monday, February 5th, 2024, LA21-CDC hosted Philadelphia District Attorney, Mr. Larry Krasner, and other government and community officials at the historic Redcap’s Corner, Philly’s oldest game shop, located at 3850 Lancaster Avenue, for the launch of the Anti-Theft Task Force.
At the press conference, DA Krasner announced the launch of the Organized Retail and House Theft Task Force in Philadelphia, and unveiled the task force members.
The event allowed the Lancaster Avenue Commercial Corridor manager, Jackie Williams, the opportunity to update the DA and community members on the state of Lancaster Avenue as it relates to the new initiatives.
